The B.A.Q. is a non-profit organization representing Filipino Canadians of Bicol ancestry in the province of Quebec, Canada. The association was formally established in 1988 as a result of the good-fellowship that developed from the annual celebrations of the feast of Bicolandia’s patron Saint, Our Lady of Peñafrancia.
